After two years of enjoying my HT-RC180, it quit outputting audio 2 days ago. Video is fine.

I checked all the settings, and then tried the [VCR/DVR][ON/STANDBY] reset process. That worked only once.

It seems that I'm experiencing the same issue described in other threads in this forum (i.e., the no-audio problem with the HT-RC180 or the TX-NR807). Here are links to a couple of them:

This AVR was great while it was working. But it only worked for 27 months -- just long enough to be out of warranty when it failed.

Please tell me that Onkyo is taking responsibility & correcting this apparent flaw. I would like to continue being an Onkyo customer.
