HT-RC180 No Sound

Onkyo Customer Service.

I have an Onkyo HT-RC180 purchased on Jan. 5th, 2010.
The unit has the common "no audio" issue as reported all over this forum.

It has the latest firmware installed.

Please help me get a replacement unit for this obvious manufacturers defect.

I have sent 3 e-mails to parts at us.onkyo.com - the latest being today at 1:34pm - I have included my original receipt and serial #.
I spent 40 minutes on the phone today - 201-785-2600 option #4.

Still no resolve to my issue.

Your help and support is appreciated.
