TX-SR876 Video Issues
Hi, I have had this receiver for over 2 years. Over the past 2 months it takes over 20 mins for the receiver to sink up and connect to the tv. I tried changing hdmi cables and that did not work. During the 20 mins there is no picture. The sound cuts in and out every 2 seconds until the receiver finally sinks to the tv. Also for some reason when the tv is off and the receiver is on, the sound works perfectly. Only cuts off when the tv is on. Then again 20 mins later is comes on? Need help please!!!
I also have called the product and parts department option 3 and waited 40 mins with no answer and no call back. I called multiple times and received no response. Frankly getting tired of waiting for my receiver to sink up to the tv.

I am sorry for the delay in a response and I thank you for your patience. I am going to ask you to perform a factory reset on your unit to see if that corrects the issue. I performed a factory reset a and it actually got worse. It takes longer now for the tv to sync. I'm not sure what else to do except buy a different receiver. Any other suggestions?

First let me apologize for the inconvenience. Have you tried to adjust the A/V sync on the receiver? This is done by going to setup => source setup then A/V sync. If this does not work then you will have it further evaluated by a service center.
