Problem with HDMI inputs on ONKYO TX-NR708 receiver Empty Problem with HDMI inputs on ONKYO TX-NR708 receiver

After I moved and hooked up my system back up again, I’ve been unable to get any signal on my TV from any components connected to the TX-NR708 via HDMI. I have done what I think are all the obvious things:
1-Assign an HDMI input (for example, assign my blu-ray player to HDMI 1 in BD/DVD and connect it to the HDMI 1 input in the receiver)
2-Tried different HDMI cables (so it’s not a cable connection problem).
3-Other components connected to the receiver with anything other than HDMI cables work fine (so the HDMI out cable from the receiver to the input on my TV is not the problem either).
4-I have disconnected the unit and plugged it again after a few minutes but the problem persists.
5-I have reset the unit to factory defaults (with VCR/DVR+ON/STANDBY) and re-done the setup from scratch, but it had no effect.
6-I have done firmware updates just in case but my system seems to be up to date.
I can’t think of anything else to try. Any ideas?
