AV Receiver Model HT-RC330 ONKYO HDMI connection problem

Recently I bought a AV Receiver Model HT-RC330 ONKYO in New Jersey.

Since I bought it, I can not turn on electronic devices that connect to HDMI.
Although I worked according to user's guide, and searched the internet, I can not play DVD HDMI connection,
I also tried to connect laptop HDMI connection, and the same thing.
Standard analog connections work well.

A month ago I ordered a technician and after a day he arranged for me that I can use my DVD, today I tried to plug a laptop and the computer worked the first time, and after I hung up and I hooked it, it stopped working and the DVD does not work now.

I see myself as someone who understands the connections and cables, but this product really a mystery to me.
