Onkyo nr 609 hdmi ( game ps3 image problem)

Hello ! I am new here and i would like to ask you guys if anyone knows why when i play a bluray disc on my ps3 trough my onkyo 609 receiver the image is not good?!! I have a hdmi cable wich is connected to receiver and ps3 on the game hdmi slot ( on the back of the receiver) and the image is fuzzy most of the time . When i change the hdmi slot is all good no problems with the image at all just when i put it on game hdmi slot i have no good image.Can you guys please help me with this matter? Thank you very much!

It worked , but is not the best picture though. When i connect the ps3 directly to tv i get better image.. i dont know what to say , i have the most expensivse hdmi cable thx 17.8 gbs ...etc ..i thought the receiver has to convert into a better image . Thank you for your answer it really helped me ,you guys are the best!
