NR3009 Frt Wides - No sound

I have a 9.2 set up with a new NR3009, can not produce any sound for the left/right front wides.. the front highs work,,, have correct polarity,, swapped speakers from front to rear and the speakers do work... so I do not have output for the front wides... also I have the zone 2 selected in the off position.. any ideas out there?

Did you read the 'Note' on page 12?

Just to expand on this, if you choose to use both front wide and height channels at the same time you need to make that specific choice in the Speaker Config menu, then the on-screen guide will show that you now connect the wides to what would normally be the back surround outputs. So basically if you want to use both front height and width together, you have to lose the back surrounds.
