tx-nr 515 sound but no picture :-(

I just purchased the Onkyo 515 reciever, I have my satellite cable box, blue ray dvd hookup up. I get sound from both via HDMI connection but I do not see a picture on the tv. Please help!

Do you get and or see the "on screen display" when you press the setup button on either HDMI outputs?

The TV screen is black and says no signal...:-( never was able to see anything on the tv screen at all. When I turned on the reciever it stated to see tv screen for set up. I tried all the sources on my tv just to be sure and still no picture. I even disconnected the HDMI and used the old fashion audio/video cables.

Yes, and I tried all of them to be sure :-( this is so frustrating

Are you using High speed 1080p HDMI cables? Also who is the manufacturer of the TV and what is the cable length from the receiver to the TV?
