new onkyo HT-R390 and xbox 360 issue

we just installed our onkyo surround sound and all things are working (ps3, roku, cable box) but when we switch to xbox, we get no picture and no sound. We tried hooking it directly to the tv and the xbox works fine, but we want it to function through the receiver. All components are hooked up with hdmi cables. Anyone know how to fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If all your other components are working through the receiver and the only one that does not is the Xbox then I would suggest contacting Xbox for assistance. By the way what is your TV able to handle as far as resolution and what do you have your Xbox set to?
