USB playback

Hi i have an Onkio HT-RC370 receiver and suddenly stop recognizing the USB devices like pen drives and Ipods.

I turn on my receiver, then i put the source in USB and then i connect my ipod with the original cable and doesn't happens nothing. In the receiver the screen is in blank doesn't show "Now Initializing..." or "connecting...". I tried changing the ipod cable or the ipod and nothing happened. Also try connecting a Pen Drive and same problem.

I try to update the receiver firmware via USB and nothing.

What can i do?

I am going to ask you to perform a factory reset on the unit. There are some important facts you will need to know before doing a reset. Please read our blog post called Factory Reset before hand.
