I'll add my voice to the crowd. One more of these receivers with the same problem.

My TX NR807 has no sound coming from the unit, grayed out Network and Firmware options.

Unplugging and plugging the unit back in did nothing. I performed a hard reset and still nothing.

The unit was purchased late december 2009.

What are the steps needed to have this unit repaired under warranty?
