TX-NR709 turning on randomly

I have a TX-NR709 that I have installed for a customer that is randomly turning on with out the remote. This is happening at all hours of the day. Sources are a Sony BluRay player, Comcast DVR. The display is a Sharp 60" LCD. Has this issue happened with any other users? Want to know if I have a problem with the NR709. This unit is about a year old.

Any thoughts?
