TX-NR609; Muffled Sound and Unbalanced Sound...

Hello,

I solved my issues I had earlier. However, I have muffled sound when I turn it up to like 50 when listening to sports. I hear like a hiss in the background too. Is there a way to fix this? Also, when people talk in a movie, the sound drops to a very low level so you can't hear the people talk, and then it goes back up to normal volume when music starts playing (during the movie).
