new NR609 - no sound, etc.
Hi, receiver set up, with cable TV (HDMI3), DVD (HDMI1) and Sonos (wireless, connected to receiver via optical TV/CD input).
Speakers connected: front, surround side, surround back, powered sub-woofer, set up using Audyssey (sound OK).
1- TV video OK, Sonus sound plays though speakers.
2 -TV no sound, Tuner no sound, DVD no video or sound.
Firmware was updated, system reset done, all connections checked, but #2 still not working.
Would appreciate any help to solve my problem.

After tinkering for a half a day, I called Customer Support who determined that the HDMI card was faulty and suggested I contact the seller, which I did, and returned the receiver. Rather disappointing!
