Hi,

This happen today.

My NR609 only Switch between HDMI ports when my BD Player Samsung BD-D6500 (input in HDMI 1) is ON. When it are in standby, all other ports dont pass the signal.

The receiver change in display but the signal not appears in TV. When the BD is ON the signal pass.

I Have a Xbox on port 4 and a PC on port 5.

Until yesterday, every is working fine.

The worst is when I change the BD and XBOX, the Xbox don´t work on HDMI 1.

All system only works when BD is ON. Too crazy for me.

Help please.

Tks,

Hi leandro_lelis,

Have you tried to turn the "anynet +" off on this player?

Yes, turned all anynet off.

Now the BD doesn´t work too.

I think is a hardware problem in the back HDMIs because when i plug all gadgets in front AUX HDMI, all they works.

The biggest problem was I live in Brazil and bougth this in NYC last november. Only 3 moths ago.

Now, the guarantee will not be covered by the brazilian distributor(Disac Comercial Ltda.).

I'll take the unit in the autorized customer service to see how much it will cost for me.

Onkyo should cover the guarantee of their products worldwide. Next time I will see this better before buy.

Tks anyway.

Hi leandro_lelis,

Under the warranty it clearly states that if the units were purchased in the US and taken out of the US your warranty is void. So you will be responsible for the full charge at that service center in Brazil.
