HT-R390 - Sp Config doesn't appear on my setup menu

I am new to this and just learning the setup. I used to get sound from all my 5:1 speakers. Now, when I use the setup menu the items 4 -Sp Config, 5 - Sp Distance & 6 - Level Cal don't appear. It just skips from 3 - Digital Audio to 7 - Audio Adjust. I went into setup for the first time. Now I only get sound from Front L&R speakers.
Did I do something wrong?
