recessed mounting speakers in wall
I just bought a HT-S5400 theater package. I’m wondering if I build separate recessed box's to mount the two left and right speakers and also center speaker and subwoofer into the wall. If that would take away from the sound? I’m tight on space in the room. Has anyone done this?

Hi 26oday,
You should be fine mounting your speakers. As long as you don't cover the front of the speaker it should also sound as it is suppose too. Here is our blog post on speaker moutning suggestions: http://onkyousacustomersupportblog.wordpress.com/2011/10/14/speaker-mounting/ Please keep this tips in mind. Thank you for choosing Onkyo.
