TX-NR1009 Error 3-2 Empty TX-NR1009 Error 3-2

Post  duarte Wed Oct 10, 2012 10:48 pm

I was updating the firmware to the latest version using the Internet connection. The firmware was downloaded and once it starting to install I got Error 3-2. The receiver froze, so I turn it off and on and non of the old settings were working or the video sources shown. I tried again to update with the same error.

Any suggestions?

I will tried them using the USB, Onkyo didn't have the firmware for the NR1009, but had on for the NR1010, I used that and got an Error 0-14 trying to update the Receiver

Today when I turn the Receiver on, it is not working and I got a HDMI start up message in the display. In the TV I can only see the Onkyo logo.

Please help, what do I need to do to get the Receiver to work again?
