Help me - While watching TV or playing Ps3 the unit will switch on its own to Stereo mode.
when I try to switch back to surround it responds with (mode not avail)
any ideas?

Please contact our Product Support Team at 800-229-1687, please make sure you are by the unit so that they can troubleshoot with you. We are here from Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm and Sat. and Sun. from 10am to 4pm eastern Std. time.
