Firmware update TX-NR616

Hello, I just received my 1616 and 1030 the current firmware.
I have tried to update by usb and network but without results.
I tried 4 different usb but it does not detect the receiver.
The firmware update page there is only the current version
the receiver does not do the update via the net or usb
The wired network no result either
if you have a solution, I am interrested
