TX-SR707 no sound, no speaker icons

On the advice I read in numerous threads on this forum, I emailed parts @ us.onkyo.com on 8/8 regarding my SR707 not making sound anymore. I included the serial, my name/address, my Amazon receipt, and so on. I have yet to hear back from them. How can I get this process moving? Thanks.
