HT-RC160 no video Empty HT-RC160 no video

I have been very happy with my HT-RC160 for just over 2 years. Suddenly the video disappeared. I've tried resplacing HDMI cables, but without success. I took it to the shop I bought it from and they claim they are getting video, but are award of such problems with this Onkyo model. Any suggestions?

Please reply back to the PM sent so we can further troubleshoot and resolve your issue promptly. So you are still receiving audio from your inputs, but what exactly are you seeing on the front panel display of the receiver or TV screen? Have you tried swapping HDMI cables or doing a FACTORY reset (last option) to determine if this resolves your issue? If not; please follow up with the PM and we will further assist you.
