Customer Service Horrible
Called in and no return call yesterday. Called in again today for support. On hold an hour finally left number. No return call again. Got a hold of someone not in support to explain my situation. They apologized and asked me to hold and put me back on the line holding for support!!!!

Question to Admin: if I (from the USA) call the USA Onkyo tech support phone number, it goes to the Philippines , does it not? or am I mis-informed

Callback Appointment
Hmnnn...
I just got off the phone with support, a fellow named Dwayne.
Try a callback appointment. It worked for me and is on the onkyousa.com website under support. No hanging on hold.
