Re: NR1007 Failed 2 weeks after warranty expired
I have researched and can't find any information regarding the serial number or dealer and date of purchase. Thank you for your correspondence and I replied via PM:
Please supply the serial number and copy of sales receipt so I can further have this processed promptly. I can't find any information or previous email suggesting your serial number or dealer and date of purchase. Thank you again for your email- but it doesn't supply the needed information.
Thank You;
I have supervisory assistance to further process your issue; and would like to resolve this issue with your renewed assistance.

It took six weeks, but a least I can get my receiver fixed. Many thanks to the Forum Moderators for helping me!!!!!
