TX-SR309 - How to check firmware revision

Would someone kindly tell me how I check the firmware revision of my TX SR-309 receiver.

Unfortunately only on our network receivers and receivers that can be updated via a menu option can the firmware be accessed.

I am having a couple of issues with the receiver which I have posted under to this forum under:

I had thought that knowing the firmware revision level of my unit might assist with the information that I provided for that post.
