Tx-nr5008 network and firmware greyed out

After an update via Internet
Under setup.harware
My network and firmware is greyed out.
I can't select them
Anyone?

Here is the information on how to obtain service for your receiver and the nearest regional service center location to drop off/send your receiver for service. We will provide a prepaid label to have your unit shipped to our regional service center, as NO cost to you and have the receiver serviced and returned to you at NO cost. If you also require a shipping box, please indicate this need to us as well.
