Onkyo 606 HDMI ports slowly dying
My 606 is out of warranty as I purchased it in 5/2008 and I was wondering if anyone else had this particular long term issue.
Over the past year I've had issues with some of the ports having trouble switching, and a blank screen would pop up stating no signal available. As time has progressed, the frequency at which the screen would go black has increased to about once every 4-5 minutes on one port, and once every 10 minutes on another port. The only solution I've had right now is to stop using the bad ports but I fear it's spreading as there is now a 'static' that shows up every once in a while on the current most commonly used port.
I have the issue regardless of which device is connected to that port, and it is independent of the HDMI cable used as I've tested multiple.
Thanks!

Re: Onkyo 606 HDMI ports slowly dying
I was wondering if anyone knew what the general SLA was for responses? I emailed immediately after you recommended it but I'm still waiting for a reply.
Thank you very much.
