No sound from zone 2

No sound from zone 2

I purchased a NR 609 yesterday, everything worked fine except that there is no sound from the zone 2 speakers. I did everything that was suggested to the post from Ametrica and still no sound. There was one thing I observed when I pushed the zone 2 button on the received and manually turned up the volume the display changed to "Powered Zone 2 not Act"
