T-4555 Tuner lost sound
I have a T-4555 tuner. While listening to the radio, it suddenly stopped emitting any sound at all. I could still see the display, change channels, etc. but there was no sound to be heard.
I tried unplugging it and waiting, and I also tried to reset it to factory specs (memory button and standby button), but it didn't help.
I removed the T-4555 and plugged in my old tuner, and it plays fine, so I know it's not the cables or amp or speakers.
Can you suggest anything I can do?
Or can you refer me to a service center in my area (zip 55401)?
Thanks.

Hi ba,
Since you know it is not the amp, speakers, or the cables and you perform a reset. It does sound like it needs to go in for service. You can call parts and service if you would like someone to assist you personally with that: (201) 785-2600, option 4.
I also have a list of service centers for you:
