HT-RC360 - How to configure 7.2 setup

Hi,

I am looking for information on how I can setup 2 sub-woofers with my RC-360 receiver.
I have connected one of my sub to the "Sub woofer" connection and the other one to the "pre-out" connection right below the sub woofer connection.
I don't get any sound out of my 2nd sub.
I tried to re-caliberate, and the recaliberate screen doesn't show the second sub at all.
Could you please let me know how I can setup 2 subs with my RC-360.

Have you set the double bass to "on" and set your your fronts to "full band"?

I have set the fronts to full-band. How do I set "double bass" on ?

In the speaker configuration on the second page at the bottom it should read double bass = on if it does not please turn it on and try it again.
