Unorthdox HTPC Setup (HT-RC360)

Hi, have an HT-RC360 receiver. My computer that I want to use as an HTPC has a graphics card with only DVI connection. Also, the motherboard soundcard has SPDIF out. Is it possible to have an DVI to HDMI cable connect to the receiver and separately have and SPDIF cable connect to the receiver? From here the audio from the computer would go out to the speakers of course, and the video to the TV. Just want to know if this is a feasible setup, thanks.

Yes, it is possible to have DVI to HDMI for the video and SPDIF for the audio just in the setup menu make sure everything is assigned correctly. Thank you for contacting Onkyo via our forum!

Great, thanks. I've actually decided to get a graphics card with an HDMI connection that can transfer both audio & video. Much simpler solution! Thanks though.
