HT-R390 problems Empty HT-R390 problems

This home theater does not work correctly. When I turn on my satellite receiver the R-390 turns off. By selecting "cbl/sat" button multiple times the system will finally turn on and stay on. Sometimes I have to push the button 15 or more times. I need help finding a setup profile that will make everything work as it should...IDEAS???? There are a bunch of other issues, but this is the primary one.

If your serial number qualifies, you will be sent a box and prepaid label to send your receiver in for service. If your serial number does not qualify for service, please contact our Product Support Department at 1-800-229-1687 option #3 for further assistance.
