On Screen menus Greyed Out

I have a TX-NR609 that's giving me a hard time. All of the on screen menus under the setup button are greyed out.
I'm hooked up through HDMI and I have been able to adjust the settings in the past.

The menus under the Home button are ok.
Other than this problem everything else is great. I love this reciever!

I am going to ask you to perform a factory reset to see if that corrects the issue you are having.
