TX SR 806 settings Help

I have a TX SR 806 and I am running polk Rti12 (through adcom amp) and center CSiA4 (through 806) and an outlaw sub LFM-EX (through pre out sub).

A few questions that I need help in :

1) I am not able to set the LFE crossover less than 80 Hz (Thx) in the settings. I want it to be 60 Hz because my Main towers are at 60 Hz

2) Can I set individual level settings for each listening mode, the music and the Home theater are totally different things.
