tx-nr609 audio issue

When watching previews on blue ray or DD disks, when a preview goes to 2 channel we cannot hear the dialog unless we turn the volume way up. Once the next preview comes up and it is back to 5.1 we get blasted and have to turn down the volume back down to where it was originally set. What is causing this issue with the 2 channel audio.

Yes. I ran the three zone setup.
