Tx nr 709 iPhone onkyo 2 app tv?

Ok so this receiver is amazing in both sound and functionality as I am getting things sorted out.
IPhone app worked perfect- then today v2 came out. Seemed to loose some navigation and got stuck at the net/ pandora- unable to choose a 'station'.
Updated the 709 and back in business big time!
But now I see a 'tv' remote function. Is it possible to control uverse tv? Or the sharp LCD? What do you guys have in store for us?
