I am setting up a brand new 8050 receiver. I am trying to follow the instructions to "listen to other internet radio" (page En30 of the user's manual). So I enter the ip-address of the receiver in my browser but I get no response. I can ping the address fine. The receiver is registered on my router, and "net" is lit on the front panel. Any ideas anybody? Thanks!

Hi robm,
Does your Receiver have the latest firmware update?

Yes, I downloaded the latest firmware yesterday. An additional noyte is that the LAN connection is through the wireless UWF-1.

Hi robm,
Your ip address may be incorrect. Could you send it to me via a private message so I can test it for you?

Sorry, that wouldn't work. The ip-address is only visible on the local network. I am sure that it is correcct, as the ip-address is the same on my router settings and on the receiver in network setup.

Hi robm,
The only way we would be able to help troubleshoot your issue would be to test your ip address for you. You can send it to me in a private message and then I will get back to you as soon as possible.
