No audio with pass through with onkyo 818 Empty No audio with pass through with onkyo 818

When I first purchased this unit and set everything up, including latest firmware and my speakers, pass through was working perfectly with my TV. I had no problem. About 3 weeks ago, audio stopped coming through while in hybrid standby mode. Any idea if it's anything in the set up that needs to be fixed or something hardware wise? I'm not sure why or how this could be a TV issue as it was working perfectly before. Any help is appreciated.

We would like to speak with you and work to troubleshoot and resolve your issue, with you having access to your unit, as prompt as possible. Please contact our Product Support Dept for further assistance with this specific issue via our phone number and hours of operation (Monday- Sunday 24 hours a day: (800) 229-1687; option #3 PRODUCT SUPPORT). We would like to further determine if any issue will require your receiver to be further evaluated at an authorized Onkyo service center for warranty servicing.

Just a heads up, I decided to follow advice from FlyByNgt and unplugged my unit from the wall for 5 minutes then plugged it back in. Works perfectly now.

Great for you buddy!! I still have not had a problem with my TX-NR717 since I did the "soft boot" by unplugging for at the very least, 5 min's from the power supply. It has been at least a month and it is running like the Onkyo's I LOVE. You do NOT lose all your settings, etc. All have to remember.. AT LEAST 5 Minutes. A few don't cut it.
