Not recognize the MP3 files in memory flash

Hi, i have a TX-SR309 receiver and does not recognize the mp3 files on the memory flash, display is "no storage".
I formatted the flash drive many times, but the message continues.

Have you also tried unplugging the receiver from the ower source for approx 3-5 minutes and then reconnecting receiver and press the USB button and await the "NOW INITALIZING" message to disappear before reconnecting the flashdrive onto the receiver?
