TX-SR805 Problem Empty TX-SR805 Problem

Amp got too hot last night and clipped. Now it will not reset. When it is plugged in, "Standby" LED is illuminated. When standby/on button is pressed, a click is heard with no illumination of the display. Factory reset pressing vcr/dvr button and standby/on button simultaneously makes a clicking sound but does nothing to reset receiver. This is first occurance.
