ht-rc260 HDMI issues Empty ht-rc260 HDMI issues

My unit will no longer receive or output HDMI signal. It will still output audio and I can still access menus. This problem got worse and worse over the past couple of weeks. The receiver would randomly drop the signal, usually i would be able to swap sources back and forth and it would come back but this has recently stopped working all together.

I removed all hdmi cables hit the hard reset button(power+vcr/dvd) and unplugged the device from the wall. I then connected the hdmi out and JUST the cable box and still nothing worked.

I confirmed that the cable box plugged into the tv works just fine so the issue has to be with the receiver.

The device is ventilated well and has been used for months with no issues so i honestly have no idea what else to try.

Does anyone have any ideas? Hours of googling are not making me too confident as these things seem to be happening quite frequently with these devices.

We would like to speak with you and work to troubleshoot and resolve your issue, with you having access to your unit, as prompt as possible. We will also to open a service ticket for this issue you are experiencing and document as well.
