iphone remote not reading my new nr616.

i've been using the nr609 for awhile and my iphone remote works great with it. so today i added the nr616 to another room but my remote app wont read it. any suggestions?

We would like to speak with you and work to troubleshoot and resolve your issue, with you having access to your unit, as prompt as possible. We would also need to know how your TX-NR 616 is connected to your home network (ethernet/ UWF-1) and what exactly is occurring on both the remote app and front display panel of the receiver.
