Remote code for Logitech Revue (Google TV)

I have recently purchased ONKYO TX-NR717 and set up with my other devices.
Can you please suggest me steps on how to control Logitech Revue though ONKYO remote? Like what type of device- CBL/SAT or other SAT etc. and also the Remote code for Logitech Revue.

Note: I have connected other devices like TV, Bluray/ DVD & XBOX which I am able to configure and control through ONKYO remote.
I have set up Logitech Revue CBL/SAT input at HDMI 2.

Press and hold down the CBL/SAT and DISPLAY buttons on the remote controller for approx 3-5 seconds and then release both buttons. Dial in the following remote code onto the remote controller:
82182

The remote controller should flash TWICE. Now press the CBL/SAT button and press another button to the remote to see if it now operates the Google TV unit.
