TX-SR 309 remote control code

Hello,

I own a TX-SR 309 receiver together with a remote (RC-799M). I would like to use the "BD/DVD" and "TV/CD" buttons as input selector only (without switching the remote to the corresponding preprogrammed remote mode). Is there a remote code to accomplish that or a remotecode for the TX-SR 309 itself?

The TX-SR 309 remote controller is NOT programmable for non-Onkyo devices. The input buttons on the remote controller are for switching the inputs on the receiver (i.e: from CBL/SAT to BD/DVD, etc.). It is not configured for programming or learning remote codes for your non-Onkyo devices.

Thanks for replying. I don't want to use it for a different device, I want to prevent it to switch to the preprogrammed remote modes. I.e. I want that after pressing BD/DVD the remote is still controlling the receiver without having to press the "receiver" button first.

Unfortunately; this is the configuration of the remote controller- as you will need to WAKE it for virtual sleep mode by pressing the RECEIVER button on the remote controller.
