Remote control code for HT-RC360

What is the remote control code for the HT-RC360? I would like to program another remote controller to turn on/off and adjust the volume on the HT-RC360.

It's a Verizon FIOS remote

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for other manufacturer's remotes. We only have codes for our remote controls. You would have to get this information from Verizon. Thank you for choosing Onkyo.

That website does not list the HT-RC360. Is that remote the same as one of the other models listed?

It sounds like you want the Hex code for the receiver to program into your Fios remote. If this is the case then please refer to the previous reply. If not, all the codes are sent with our units if the code is not present at the time of printing then there are no other codes unfortunately.

That is correct, I want the code to program into the FIOS remote. The previous reply pointed to a website which listed manuals for the remote control. Unfortunately, the HT-RC360 is not listed there. Is the remote for a different model equivalent?

We are sorry for the confusion. Sometimes with typing things get lost in translation. It is our understanding that you would like your Fios remote to control your receiver? If that is the case then you would need to contact Verizon for the codes. We only have codes for our own remotes. If it is the other way around and you would like your recievers remote to control your Fios box then all the codes are listed on our website.
