Getting TV Audio to Zone 2
TX-NR616 Receiver.
For the life of me I can't seem to figure out how to get TV audio to Zone 2. I can have Zone 1 TV and Zone 2 Net or anything else. I can have Zone 1 set to Net and Zone 2 anything else BUT TV. Even if I have Zone 1 TV...I still can't get Zone 2 TV to work. All I am looking to do is extend TV audio to the other area - you can still see the TV in Zone 2...just can't hear it unless I blast Zone 1.

Only analog audio out zone 2
I was very disappointed to learn of this limitation. Any signal received via a digital cable (hdmi, optical, digital coax) can only be sent out zone 1. If your TV has analog audio out you can connect it back to your receiver via RCA cables and send that signal out zone two. You won't select TV for zone 2, you will select what input you are using for the analog audio signal coming from the TV.
