TX-NR609 Net show blue screen
I have had my TX-NR609 for about 1 year and for the most part it has worked great. Today I tried to listen to music through the NET and all that comes up is a blue screen. When I switch to DVD or SAT or GAME, I have picture and sound. But when I go back to NET the screen is blue. Also the Onkyo receiver is blank where is usually shows "connecting" or some other information. The small NET light in the upper right of the TX-NR609 shows the NET light. The NET light is on all the time. I checked the router and it is working fine as I have internet connection. The connection light on the router shows a good connection to the receiver. I would appreciate some suggestions.

I am having the same issue, it occurred for the first time during playback of Sirius. I have not heard from Onkyo yet regarding the matter, but posted a new topic minutes ago, so hopefully our problem will be addressed. If the respond to me I will let you know what they say. problem solved
I finally got through to Onkyo customer service, a simple reset took care of the problem.
They told me to unplug the receiver from the outlet, unhook the Ethernet cable, wait two minutes, plug the receiver back into the outlet, turn it on, then re-connect the Ethernet cable.
This seems to have fixed the issue with the satellite radio, and even allowed me to perform the NET Update for the first time. Hope this helps.
