My tx-nr609 displays a picture with no sound or just a blue screen when I turn it on and have it set to cbl/sat. If I change it to DVD sometimes it will display a picture sometimes it will be a blue screen too. If it does display a picture on DVD and have sound sometimes if I switch it back to cbl/sat it will display a picture and have sound and I can watch tv. I have had this unit for about 6 months to a year and it has worked fine in the past. No recent changes have been made. After the problem started I upgraded the firmware last night and I am still having the issue.

In regards to your issue- it would possibly be more effective to contact our Product Support Dept for further assistance with this specific issue via our phone number and hours of operation below. We would like to speak with you and work to troubleshoot and resolve your issue, with you having access to your unit, as prompt as possible. We will need to process a service ticket referring to this issue and offer some further technical support to help resolve this issue.
