Zone 2 volume problem
I just bought a HT-RC360 receiver. Every time I turn on Zone 2 and select the input source it goes to maximum volume and neither the onboard volume control nor the one on the remote has any effect on trying to turn down the volume. Yes, I did press Zone 2, then Input Selector before trying to lower the volume.

Re: Zone 2 volume problem
Hi leslie6042,
Make sure that your zone 2 is not connected to the line out, if so than you will have to turn the volume down from the external amp and not the receiver. Also to decrease the volume for Z2 you have to press the Z2 button then turn the master volume button counter clockwise. Please let us know the outcome. Thank you for contacting Onkyo via our forum.
