TX-NR509 Failed update, now no sound or initialized USB/Net

Hi
I had my onkyo connected to internet and choose to upgrade to latest firmware, once running it stopped on "Writing ARM 10%..." After several hours i tryed to turn it off without respons so i had do unplug it. I did a hardware reset with no luck. Now it turns on, I can choose input and enter settings but update is not possible since it cant initialise either usb or net (using cable). It says initializing forever. What can I do?

I just asked my engineer and they inform me that your unit will need to go to a service center for further evaluation. Authorized service centers can be found on our main page under support.
